I don't see where this act of violence was done in the best interest for the mother? His reasoning was to protect innocent unborn children. We don't have the right to judge anyone, unless they are breaking the law.

Two wrongs don't make a right. This man should have developed his energy and passion against abortions into something else. Noone has the right to kill.

If we knew back then what we know now, rules for importing would be a lot different. If the unemployment rates were down and the vast majority of people were working, we wouldn't have a problem buying cars that are higher priced. Especially if we knew it would keep our jobs.

Who said Ford doesn't use some of Japan's electronics? This problem is not only with the US made Japanese imports. So it is an engineering flaw. We are not the engineers of Japanese cars.

Sorry, but not true. We didn't manufacture the rest of the recalls form the world abroad. This is an engineering issue that comes directly from the country that manufactures these cars. Also, not all foregin car parts are made in the U.S.

I disagree. Foreign cars built on American soil were engineered overseas. If there was a faulty part installed, it was designed by the engineers from that manufacturer. Also, not all parts are made in the U.S. for japanese brands.

Ford didn't take BO's bailout and now they are profitable again. They set the wheels in motion before the economy tanked. Their proposed reorganization and downsizing resulted into their success. The other two kept rolling along waiting for a government hand-out.

If you think the war in Iraq was started in vain then you listen to nothing but propoganda being spread through the media. There was hard evidence found. The media was not privy to all the findings by the U.S.

I went into a shopping mall last week. The Sears Store at 6PM on Wednesday had less than twenty customers. The rest of the mall was practically empty. The food court had less than ten people eating. The majority of the workers in the stores were either on the internet or watching TV.
